Chapter - 1

Shri Ganeshaya Namaha

Shri Saraswattyai Namaha

Shri Gurubhyo Namaha

ShriPada Shri Vallabha Shri Nrisimha Saraswati Dattatreya Gurubhyo Namaha

Suklam Baradharam Vishnum Sasivarnam Chaturbhujam |

PrasannaVadanam Dhyaayet Sarva Vighnopa Shantaye ||

O Ganapati! Salutations. For the devotees who pray and worship you with Trikarana Suddhi', you grant all wishes and promise protection. Taking it as a responsibility vested upon by Guru to write this holy book named 'Shri Guruleela', am endeavouring to write the details of Shri Dattatreya, the form of ParaBrahma². Extend your pleasant sight upon me and bless that no obstacles are encountered.

Saraswati Namstubhyam Varade Kaamarupini |

Vidyaarambham Karishyaami! Siddhirbhavatu Me Sadaa ||

Mother! Goddess Saraswati! You are the queen of learning. You are the one who confers all education. You are the Goddess who dwells in every living being in the form of intellect. Trying to write this virtuous Holy book named 'Shri Guruleela' for the sake of promoting SatGuru Datta, for the welfare of the universe, to safeguard of justice, will play the pen as you make me play. This is your responsibility; your meaning, your words. Feeling of 'my-ness' in me has perished long time ago. So, everything is in your control.

Sadaa Nimba Vrikshasya Moolaadi Vaasaat! Sudhasravinam Tiktamapya Priyantam ||

Tarum Kalpavrikshaadhikam Saadhayantam! Namaameeswaram Sadgurum Sainatham ||

Obeisance to Samartha Sadguru Sainath. Lord Sai! Having put my vision on your lotus feet, have thought of writing the details of incarnations of Dattatreya naming the Holy book 'Shri Guruleela'. Have thought of writing, receiving favour from You who are the absolute incarnation of Dattatreya. Wishing that you confer your tender, compassionate sight and provide knowledge and make all people walk in the flower-filled path of absoluteness filled through this holy book.

The greatness of Shri Nrisimha Saraswaty Swamy in Gandharvanagar has become famous world over and people from even far off places came, obtained His grace and people who could not get married got married, those who were childless got children, those who were hungry and poor got prosperity, and those who were diseased got good health.

A Brahmin named "Namadharaka" has started for Ganugapur to earnestly visit the lotus feet of Shri Nrisimha Saraswati Swami. Despite being very enthusiastic about seeing the Gurudev, he is worrisome in his heart.

Taking the name of Shri Nrisimha Saraswati Swamy, he prayed : "Swamy Nrisimha! Why not my difficulties are vanishing just as others difficulties when Your name is chanted? If my sins are the reason for this, why isn't Your name, which destroys all the sins, wiping them away? Vedas and Smritis say that Guru Himself is the incarnation of the Trio of Gods Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. It is famed that Guru can grant just by a mere thought and in this Kaliyug Shri Nrisimha Saraswati is such Guru. Then why is it not being proved in my case? Why am I unable to focus my devotion on You? It is not fair to say that the time has not yet come to favour me by You, who are capable of everything. It is true that I have not served You in the past, thinking You are my only refuse. How will it be a gift if granted only after serving? Even a king saves those who are born in his country. You should save me at least for the reason that my ancestors have served You with no desires. It seems that You are angry with me. It may be fair to one like You, but it is not fair in the case of feeble people like me. Mistakes that I have committed must be the reason. Being ignorant, it is natural for me to commit mistakes. Please however favour Your compassionate looks at me and save me. I have no other saviour than You. Where is your kindness, O gracious merciful Lord?"

In this way he pleaded Shri Nrisimha Saraswati Swami with tears. He rested under a tree at a distance as he fainted. Immediately he got a dream. He saw in the dream, a yogi with plaited hair, tiger skin wearing a garment of bark. He also felt as if the yogi had blessed him placing his hand on the head. Even after waking up from the sleep, the dream, the yogi, and the feeling have been reeling in his memory. Praying to the same yogi's form, then he entered Gandharvapuram.

Guru-the lover of devotees | Guru parampara

10/11/2023 09:00:00 am
Guru-the lover of devotees.
Guru-the lover of devotees.
Guru Is God

Guru is God. Of course, there is a lot of difference between the Guru and the Gods we worship. We vow to give or do something to the Gods, pray to them and worship them. They fulfill our desires and we feel satisfied, But the Gods fulfill only our worldly desires which again involves us in karma and prolong our worldly desires and miseries.

🔹 Guru is not like this. He gives what is permanent. We need not even go to him and beg him. He fulfills the desires of his devotees even before they are asked. He knows what is in the minds of his devotees - their desires, aspirations, intentions and purpose of their becoming his devotees and also everything else. Whatever the devotee desires in his mind, he more than fulfills them. He makes the devotee to feel that he has had enough of such petty things, and to plead with him not to fulfill all his desires.

🔹 Guru ends all desires. He makes the devotee understand what he should desire and what he should not. If the is excessively attached to anything he makes him leave it. He frees him from his narrow and selfish love and makes him love more and more people and finally everyone equally. At this stage he leaves him free to show his love and affection to whomsoever he wants and in whichever way he wants.

▪️ Whatever Guru does is always for the good of the devotees. If they do not become good and loving easily he will not mind scolding and hurting
their feelings and even punishing them to bring them to the right path. Afterwards, like a grafted tree, they change their ways completely and become totally transformed.

🔹  Guru is All-powerfull. He can do anything-get things done even by a corpse, which has to be cremated the next morning. Guru makes one
undergo lot of difficulties and sufferings in the beginning. Afterwards he makes him totally forget all the sufferings he underwent and live in joy and bliss. How could one who is not at all hungry relish and enjoy good foo Guru knows how to keep his devotee in joy and happiness.

▪️ The devotee should also have intense love for his Guru. He should be strong in his conviction that he wants only the Guru and nothing else. That is real devotion for the Guru. If one's devotion for the Guru is only for getting his worldly desires then that devotion becomes 'Adulterated Devotion'. It is like marrying a barren woman and desiring progeny.

The Life-force Related To Sexual vital Fluid.

The Life-force Related To Sexual vital Fluid

The Life-force Related To Sexual vital Fluid.

A spiritual aspirant and prospective meditator on the life-force should further understand how the life-force exists and works within the body. By the metabolic routines, the food consumed is transformed through nine successive stages: 1) Juice, 2) blood, 3) flesh; 4) fat; 5) bone; 6) marrow; 7) sexual vital fluid; 8) energy particles coated with vital fluid; and 9) bio-magnetism, these all evolve from one another in the above order.

From marrow, vital fluid is formed and from this the life-energy particles are attracted and isolated. The major portion of marrow in human beings is the brain. Until the age of physical maturity, a greater portion of the sexual vital fluid and life-force particles remain in the brain. After maturity when the vital fluid becomes surplus, gradually it comes down and is stored in the sex glands. Until maturity the working centre of the life-force is in the brain. As the vital fluid gets sufficiently stocked in the sex glands, simultaneously the life-force particles are also intensified there.

At this juncture one more natural secret is to be understood. By the self-rotative force of the Earth, heavier things are drawn inwards, towards the centre, and lighter things are thrown out towards the periphery. Therefore, unless held by a proper chemical fluid all the free energy particles are thrown away from the Earth. The life-force particles in living beings also come under this same principle. The sexual vital fluid is the wonderful chemical compound which is able to hold a certain quantity of life-force particles. Thus, wherever sexual vital fluid is stored, there the life-force is intensified. Although the life-force particles are pervading the entire physical body, the working centre of its circulation remains in the brain up to maturity, i.e. age 12 or so. After that age, the working centre is gradually changed to the sex gland, which in Yogic terminology is called "Mooladhar".

In fact, after maturity both places, brain as well as Mooladhar will be working centres. But according to one's method of living and behaviour, one center may work predominantly. For humanitarians, research scholars and spiritual aspirants invariably the brain will be the main working center of life-force. For others the center will be in the sexual glands. For progress in spiritual development and to do meditation on the life-force, the working centre should be shifted to the head by a master who is well-trained and experienced in energy meditation.

Om Shri AtriVaradaayaNamaha

The Trio of Gods appeared in front of Maharshi Atri. Atri then offered arghyam water and prayed to them.

Atri then asked them "I have been worshipping only one ParaBrahma, how did you three come?"

The Trinity of Gods then said "We are the glories of single ParaBrahma. There is no difference among us. Difference is only for running the universe. Worship our united form only."

Meditation is a universal practice | How to Deepen meditation practice in the USA.

Meditation is a universal practice that can be pursued in various ways and settings, including in the United States. Here are steps to help you start or deepen your meditation practice in the USA:

Learn About Meditation:

Start by learning about meditation. There are many books, online courses, and resources available that introduce different meditation techniques and philosophies. Explore various types of meditation, such as mindfulness, transcendental meditation, loving-kindness meditation, and more, to find what resonates with you.

Find a Suitable Location:

Choose a quiet and comfortable place where you can meditate without distractions. It could be a room in your home, a corner of your bedroom, or a peaceful spot in a nearby park. Creating a dedicated space for meditation can help establish a routine.

Set a Regular Schedule:

Consistency is key to a successful meditation practice. Decide on a regular time to meditate each day. Whether it's in the morning, during a lunch break, or before bedtime, having a fixed schedule can make it easier to integrate meditation into your life.

Select Your Meditation Technique:

Based on your research and personal preferences, choose a meditation technique that suits you. If you're new to meditation, mindfulness meditation is a good place to start. You can always explore other techniques as you progress.

Use Guided Meditations:

If you're new to meditation, guided meditations can be helpful. Many meditation apps and websites offer guided sessions led by experienced instructors. These can provide structure and support as you learn.

Get Comfortable:

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. You can use a cushion or chair for seated meditation or a yoga mat for lying down. Ensure that your posture is relaxed but alert.

Focus on Your Breath or Chosen Object:

In most meditation techniques, you'll be asked to focus your attention. This can be on your breath, a mantra, a candle flame, or any chosen object. The goal is to anchor your mind and reduce mental chatter.

Observe Without Judgment:

Allow your thoughts and sensations to come and go without judgment. When your mind wanders (as it inevitably will), gently bring your focus back to your chosen point of attention.

Start Gradually:

If you're new to meditation, start with short sessions, such as 5-10 minutes, and gradually increase the duration as you become more comfortable with the practice.

Join a Meditation Group:

In many cities and towns in the USA, you can find meditation groups, centers, or classes. These can be a great way to learn from experienced teachers, meditate with others, and deepen your practice.

Use Meditation Apps:

There are numerous meditation apps available, such as Headspace, Calm, and Insight Timer, that offer guided meditations, timers, and tracking features to help you stay consistent.

Stay Patient and Persistent:

Meditation is a skill that develops over time. Be patient with yourself and acknowledge that it's normal for the mind to wander. The key is to gently bring your attention back to your chosen point of focus.

Seek Guidance:

If you encounter challenges or have specific questions about your meditation practice, consider seeking guidance from experienced meditation teachers or practitioners.

Enjoy the Benefits:

Meditation can bring numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits, including reduced stress, improved focus, and greater overall well-being. Keep in mind that the benefits may take time to fully manifest, so be consistent in your practice.

Remember that meditation is a personal journey, and there's no one-size-fits-all approach. Explore different techniques, adapt them to your needs, and enjoy the transformative power of this ancient practice in the USA or anywhere else in the world.
